The Garden Restaurant of Jinjiang Hotel was officially opened in 1986. As the first restaurant in Chengdu whose main business covers classic Cantonese cuisine and traditional Cantonese snacks, it has inherited the traditional and classical food culture for more than 30 years. As one of the eight famous cuisines in China, Cantonese cuisine has a long history and is known as the“National Intangible Cultural Heritage”.
